All of our products are hand made to order. Each item contains a detailed description of the product and its size. If you require any further information regarding a product please don't hesitate to contact me via the contact form on the website.
Photographs of products are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary dependant on your monitor so we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will show any colour accurately.
Safety
All our hair accessories come with the following safety warning;
WARNING - This hair accessory is not a toy - Choking Hazard - Contains small parts - Do not leave young children unattended with this product
We also recommend all hair accessories are removed before sleeping and naps. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur from wearing our hair accessories. By placing an order with Nik Naks Bowtique you therefore agree to supervise your chid whilst they are wearing our products and agree that Nik Naks Bowtique accepts no liability for use, misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.
Delivery
All bows are handmade to order, our turnaround is 10 - 14 days this includes delivery.
All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class
Returns
All items are made to the highest quality. We only accept returns of items that are damaged. This must be within 28 days of receipt of product. After this no refunds will be issued.
Payment Methods
We currently only accept PayPal as a method of payment.
Can I modify my order once placed?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to accept any changes.
